Our Delivery Service

UK Standard Delivery

All orders within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) over £30 are eligible for free standard delivery.  UK orders below £30 are charged at a flat rate of £3.50.

We usually dispatch standard delivery orders within 2-3 days via Royal Mail.  Royal Mail could take a further 2-4 days from dispatch to delivery, however this does sometimes increase during busy periods.

Large items may be sent by courier, we will contact you if this is the case.  If you haven’t received your order, please allow 10 working days before contacting us.

Please ensure that your address is accurate at time of order as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels if this information is incorrect.

 

Delivery outside of UK

Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible but also at a reasonable cost to you. If you would like to order from www.qwerkemporium.co.uk then please send us an email or Contact Us. Please specify the products and amount you would like to order and the country to be delivered to and we will calculate the postage and provide you with the options.

Customs and Import Duty.

As you will be aware, all items will have to clear customs when entering your country. Here at Qwerkemporium we will ensure that your items are properly packaged and identifiable. So there should be no issues clearing customs.

As all countries have different custom charges and import duties, and whilst we do not believe any of our products will cause any additional charges, you might want to check with the Customs in your own country before purchasing.

It is likely that your parcel will be required to be signed for on delivery.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

It is very rare for any of our parcels to go missing, however we do not have any control after it has left our premises. We will send you an email to say when your order has been completed and therefore dispatched.

For UK customers we would ask you to wait for at least 10 days before contacting us. Please note that we can only investigate with Royal Mail after 15 days.

For Europe customers we would ask you to wait for 20 days before contacting us.

For Rest of the World customers we would ask you to wait for 25 days before contacting us.

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases but if you are not entirely satisfied for any reason we offer a full refund.

Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

Please ensure that your contact details and order number are included in the package. Any goods returned are at your own expense unless damaged or faulty on receipt.

We recommend that you send your parcel by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

For damaged or faulty goods only.

These should be returned complete with secure packaging,  contact details and an explanatory note of the fault.  Postage will be reimbursed.

In all instances, please contact us prior to sending your parcel back to us. This is so that we are aware of its pending arrival.  When you contact us we will provide you with our RETURNS ADDRESS.
